Fathers' Rights
Father's Day Rally 1990

I was involved in a fathers' rights group called In Search of Justice
in the late 80s and early 90s. In 1990, we staged a Father's Day rally
on the lawn of the provincial parliament buildings in Toronto. I created a
cutout of a little boy and a girl and many of the fathers placed pictures and/
or the names of the children they weren't getting to see on the cutout.
We got good media coverage and I had my 10 seconds of fame as me
and my cutout were on Toronto TV news that evening.
